Dionysius ray system

Dionysius ray crater
Crater Dionysius (17.6 km) is very bright at full moon but otherwise not prominent. Although the rim is very bright, the crater contains some very dark areas. The surrounding ray system is unusual in that it contains both light and dark rays. The two crater outlines on the top LHS are Sabine (30 km) & Ritter (31 km), and on the lower RHS Cayley (14 km) and Whewell (14 km). Rukl map 35. South is up.
